Archery Clubs and Classes in Gloucestershire | Adult & Children

A target archery club. Club nights are Thursdays through the summer and winter months. In the summer months club members can shoot on Mondays and Thursdays at all distances. In the winter months we shoot Thursday evenings indoors using a school hall. Children and adult beginner courses, all equipment provided by the qualified coaches.

We are a small and friendly target archery club whose aim is to promote archery in the local area. We run a beginner's course each year, together with corporate activities and "Have a Go" days. We shoot both indoor (Tetbury Leisure Centre) and outdoor seasons (near Woodchester). We participate in local and regional tournaments.

A family orientated club running beginners archery courses for adults and juniors. There is a club challenge league and competitions are organised. Summer training is at Guide HQ, Cowley and winter shoots at Balcarras School Sports Centre and Birdlip Village Hall.

If you want to try the sport for the first time, or just looking for a new club having moved into the area then Great Rissington Archers could be for you. We have full size outdoor shooting facilities for all distances and run beginner’s courses each year. Children must be at least 140cm tall and around 11 years old.

As the Forest Of Dean's newest Archery Club, we are actively seeking new members of all ages and abilities to join us. We also offer beginner's courses those those wishing to get into archery as well as 'have a go' sessions for those who just want to shoot a few arrows and see what its all about.
