Gymnastics clubs in Gloucestershire. Gymnastics promotes refinement of gross and fine motor skills, develops flexibility, strength and endurance. Children who have gymnastics training develop spatial and body awareness and concentration skills. Toddler classes include rolling, balancing, jumping and landing, all of which will help their physical development as well as social relationships. School age children can progress through a series of proficiency badges and awards, and may want to join competitive gymnastics squads.
