Kung Fu classes for adults and children from 4+ years. We teach self defence in every day situations and also run fitness classes. We strive for people to be fit, healthy and have self confidence as well as self belief.

Children's swimming lessons, football and floorball coaching. Adult swimming lessons, fitness classes, aqua fit, boxercise, circuit training and fitball. Sports facilities available to hire include sports hall, badminton, basketball, volley ball and short tennis courts, cricket nets and football pitches. A choice of children's parties: gym, sports or pool party (hour activity, half hour for food).

We are recognised by our peers as one of the unbroken traditional sides, and our dances are unique. We have also maintained strong local family ties and in the not too distant past were able to boast three generations dancing at the same time. We aim to provide a Club that promotes success, fun and friendship in a safe and welcoming family environment. This best in class approach enables us to provide facilities that are truly second to none in Gloucestershire. The first team competes in Gloucester Premier Division, our second team plays in the Citizen Merit Table League and our third / veterans team plays locally. The Junior section trains or plays matches on Sunday morning, from Under 9s to Under 16s teams.

Churchdown is a mixed bowling club with men's, ladies and mixed fixtures, we also have a very active seniors section. The bowls club is a section of the main Churchdown Club which has a large bar and lounge facility, tennis courts, dance floor, skittle allies and snooker room. The club is in the fortunate position of being able to offer ample free parking adjacent to the green, even for coaches. We are always happy to accommodate touring clubs to the area whenever possible.

We are a very friendly Club, EBU affiliated, and always welcome new members of all abilities. Excellent facilities and car park – licensed bar available. We perform two concerts each year covering many of the major choral works accompanied by fine orchestras. We also tackle challenging pieces from some modern composers. New singers are welcome, no audition required and sight singing, although useful is not essential. We meet on Thursday evenings from 7.30 to 9.15pm September to July.

Two Saturday league teams, a Sunday team, a Wednesday night team, and U15 and U13 youth teams. Prides itself in its excellent youth development system, nurturing promising young players and integrating them into the mens teams.

The primary purpose of the Choir is to enjoy singing whilst raising money for good causes. Concerts held and choir available for hire! They practise on Monday nights, followed by social gathering at the bar. New members welcome.

We support teams for all ages, from Under 6 through to Under 18s for boys, and men's senior teams. The club primarily plays in the Cheltenham Football League, but may feature in some leagues slightly further afield. Everyone is welcome to get involved. The society has a reputation for putting on quality productions, for the warmth of its welcome to audiences and for being a very friendly bunch to be involved with. Joining some drama groups can be a bit daunting; we are not pretentious and we definitely are not luvvies. New members welcome.

A thriving competitive swimming club, comprising approximately 100 swimmers, the Club trains four times a week and competes at levels from local to district standard. Some of our swimmers also have the opportunity to train in a 50m pool.

Contrary to popular belief, Martial Arts isn’t ALL about kicking and punching, fighting, or what you see in the movies! As students of Tae Kwon-Do we live by the 5 Tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control & Indomitable Spirit. Tae Kwon-Do builds confidence, focus and concentration, balance and coordination, and respect, boosts self-esteem and mental health, as well as improving fitness and teaching self-defence. We also teach stamina, sensory perception and reactions, whilst incorporating courtesy, perseverance and positivity. We are a family run, family-friendly club, and have an excellent reputation working with all ages. Come along to The Miners Welfare Hall, Cinderford where you can see us in action. Football coaching and league teams for 3-9 year olds. Cinderford Town Football Club is the highest ranked league club in the Forest of Dean with many exciting developments happening over the next 18-24 months including a brand new stadium and training facilities. The youth side of the club is fully integrated with the senior side with occasional games being played on the Causeway before Cinderford Town games, training being carried out on Cinderford Town’s pitch and the use of all the clubs facilities.

We believe that Cirencester WUMA Kickboxing offers the best overall balance to meet your needs. A unique, fun and friendly atmosphere - yet still very productive. We won’t treat you like you’ve just joined the army, but we will get results! Men, woman and children (from age 7) of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

The Club shoots its Air Rifle and Pistol Schedules on Monday evenings from 7.30pm until 11pm, shooting with .177 Air Rifle and Pistols.
