Soft play areas for children are a fantastic way to spend a rainy day in Gloucestershire, let the kids wear themselves out, while you sit down with a coffee and read the paper. Children can let off steam climbing and sliding to their heart's content. Most centres have separate areas for toddlers to keep them safe from the boisterous older children, with a ball pond and mini slide and other play equipement. Toddler mornings are often held during school term times. Soft play areas can also be hired for children's birthday parties and are generally a huge success. Generally, play areas require children to wear socks. There are lots of outdoor children's play areas in Gloucestershire and here we have listed a few of our favourites. Skateboard parks are popular with the teenagers and we are adding these as and when we find out about them! Please let us know if there are any playareas or skateparks worthy of mention.
