Child care in Gloucestershire including registered child minders, nurseries and pre-schools, as well as non-profit making community toddler groups and playgroups. Parent and toddler groups meet in school term time. These are a great opportunity for parents to meet other parents with children of the same age group, whilst their children have fun playing with toys, taking part in a craft activity and singing. Toddler groups allow children to interact with other children and learn how to share. Nurseries take babies either from a few weeks old or few months old, whilst playgroups usually take children from two and a half years. Some child care providers specialise is a particular form of childcare such as Montessori or Steiner. If you are looking for school holiday child care, we have a whole category devoted to school holiday clubs in Gloucestershire – see under Services > School Holiday Clubs on the menu. Child minders, children’s day nurseries, toddler groups and playgroups are welcome to add themselves to our directory for free.
A fun and vibrant learning environment, where children are treasured as individuals and encouraged to meet their full potential. Children can start from 2 years and six months old.
